Tomato Chutney

Tomato chutney is a spicy and tangy condiment made from fresh ripe tomatoes, onion, garlic, and a variety of spices. It is a delectable dip that adds a lot of flavour and taste to Indian dishes.

Add Oil to a pan and heat it up until warm.
Cut the Tomatoes in half for easier cooking.
Place the Tomatoes face down in the pan along with the Garlic Cloves.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes, allowing the Tomatoes to soften.
Carefully remove the skin from the Tomatoes once they’re cooked, then mash them into a smooth consistency using a spoon or masher.
Add the spices (Salt, Chilli Powder) and the remaining ingredients (Red Onion, Green Chillies, Coriander).
Stir everything together and cook on low heat for 1-2 minutes to blend the flavors.
