This recipe promises juicy, flavorful kebabs packed with aromatic spices from the region of Peshawar. The dish offers a perfect balance of heat and fragrant herbs, delivering an authentic taste of Pakistan in every bite.
Peel and roughly chop the onions, ginger and then add into a food processor along with the green chillies, garlic cloves, and coriander then process until finely minced
Squeeze out any excess moisture then add to the beef along with the gram flour, spices, and the egg then give it a good mix to combine
Add the tomato then mix again until it is fully incorporated
Grease your hands with some oil then take a portion of the mixture and shape it into a flat, round patty and tepeat the process with the remaining mixture, shaping all the kebabs – ensure they are of uniform size for even cooking.
Heat a pan of oil then carefully place the shaped kebabs into the oil ensuring they are not overcrowded
Cook the kebabs for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through
