Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 200 g Gram Flour
  • 3 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Seeds Crushed
  • 1 tsp Crushed Chilli
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Dried Fenugreek
  • 200 ml Water

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ingredients. Mix well until all the dry and wet ingredients are fully incorporated, forming a smooth and thick marinade.
  • Add the chicken to the mixture, ensuring each piece is evenly coated with the marinade. Massage the marinade into the chicken for better absorption of flavours.
  • Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to enhance the taste and tenderness.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the marinated chicken pieces in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Remove from heat and serve hot.
