Chicken Loaded Fries

Create a delicious meal with crisp French fries loaded with bite-size chicken pieces oozing with melted mozzarella cheese. Hot chips loaded with all your favourite things.

Cut the boneless chicken into small pieces
In a bowl add all the marinade ingredients to the boneless chicken then mix the spices until well combined before leaving to marinate for 1 hour
In a pan cook the marinated chicken for 10 minutes on medium heat
As the chicken is cooking slice the onions and julienne the bell peppers then cook for a further 4-5 minutes
Add the tomato ketchup and mix to combine
Prepare your fries and once cooked add into broil proof dish
Add the chicken mixture on top and top with mozzarella cheese
Broil for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted then top with black pepper
Serve your chicken loaded fries immediately and enjoy!
