In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, oil, garlic paste, ginger paste, and all the spices until smooth.
Coat the lamb chops well with the marinade and let them rest for at least 1 hour (overnight for best results).
Place the lamb chops in a baking dish and cover with foil
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F). For 2 hours
Flip them over and broil for 10 minutes to get a nice crispy char.
Let the lamb chops rest for 5 minutes before serving
