Ingredients

  • 1 kg Lamb Chops
  • 50 g Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Tandoori Masala
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, oil, garlic paste, ginger paste, and all the spices until smooth.
  • Coat the lamb chops well with the marinade and let them rest for at least 1 hour (overnight for best results).
  • Place the lamb chops in a baking dish and cover with foil
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F). For 2 hours
  • Flip them over and broil for 10 minutes to get a nice crispy char.
  • Let the lamb chops rest for 5 minutes before serving
