Ingredients

  • 750 g Minced Meat beef
  • 200 g Gram Flour
  • 2 Onions
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 5 Garlic Gloves
  • 50 g Ginger
  • Coriander
  • 2 tsp Crushed Chillies
  • 2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
  • 1 Tomato finely diced
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  • Peel and roughly chop the onions, ginger and then add into a food processor along with the green chillies, garlic cloves, and coriander then process until finely minced
  • Squeeze out any excess moisture then add to the beef along with the gram flour, spices, and the egg then give it a good mix to combine
  • Add the tomato then mix again until it is fully incorporated
  • Grease your hands with some oil then take a portion of the mixture and shape it into a flat, round patty and tepeat the process with the remaining mixture, shaping all the kebabs – ensure they are of uniform size for even cooking.
  • Heat a pan of oil then carefully place the shaped kebabs into the oil ensuring they are not overcrowded
  • Cook the kebabs for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through
  • Enjoy the delicious flavours of this authentic Pakistani dish!
