  • 500 g Chicken Mince
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1- inch Ginger grated
  • 2 Green Chilies finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp Coriander chopped
  • 2 tbsp Mint chopped

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies.
  • Add the ground cumin, ground coriander, garam masala, paprika, and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
