  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 inch Ginger finely chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  • Add a generous amount of oil to a pan and heat it over medium heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the karela slices and fry them until they turn a light brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the fried karela from the oil and set aside.
  • In the same pan with a bit of remaining oil, add the chopped onions. Cook the onions for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown.
