Ingredients

Chicken Breast: The main protein source in this recipe, chicken breast is a lean and versatile meat that is perfect for breading and frying. Make sure to cut the chicken into thin strips to create tender and juicy chicken tenders.

Plain Flour: This ingredient is used for coating the chicken before dipping it into the egg mixture. The flour helps the egg mixture adhere to the chicken and creates a crispy outer layer when combined with the breadcrumbs.

Eggs: The eggs are whisked together to create a binding mixture for the breadcrumbs to stick to the chicken. This helps create a crunchy and delicious coating on the chicken tenders.

Breadcrumbs: Breadcrumbs are an essential part of the breading process, adding a crispy texture to the chicken tenders. You can use either panko breadcrumbs for a lighter and airier coating or regular breadcrumbs for a denser texture.

Paprika: Paprika adds a subtle smoky flavor and a beautiful red color to the breading mixture. It complements the other seasonings and adds depth to the overall flavor of the chicken tenders.

Garlic Powder: Garlic powder is used to add a savory and aromatic flavor to the breading mixture. It helps enhance the overall taste of the chicken tenders without overpowering the other seasonings.

Onion Powder: Onion powder provides a subtle sweetness and depth of flavor to the breading mixture. It works well with the other seasonings to create a well-rounded and delicious coating for the chicken tenders.

Salt: Salt is a crucial ingredient for seasoning the breading mixture and enhancing the overall flavor of the chicken tenders. Make sure to season the chicken tenders generously with salt to bring out the flavors of the other spices.

Black Pepper: Black pepper adds a hint of heat and a bold flavor to the breading mixture. It helps balance out the other seasonings and adds a subtle kick to the chicken tenders.
