Ingredients

Okra (Bhindi): Okra, also known as lady’s finger, is a popular vegetable in Indian cuisine. It has a unique texture and flavor, and when cooked correctly, it becomes tender and delicious.

Onions: Onions are a staple ingredient in many Indian dishes, providing a savory and slightly sweet flavor. They add depth to the dish and help build its overall taste profile.

Tomatoes: Tomatoes are commonly used in Indian cooking to add acidity and a touch of sweetness to dishes. They help balance out the flavors of the other ingredients.

Green Chillies: Green chillies add heat and spice to the Bhindi Do Pyaza recipe. Adjust the quantity based on your spice tolerance to customize the dish to your liking.

Cumin Seeds: Cumin seeds are a common spice used in Indian cooking. They add a warm, earthy flavor to the dish and are often used as a base spice in many recipes.

Turmeric Powder: Turmeric powder not only adds a bright yellow color to the dish but also provides a subtle, warm flavor. It is a common spice used in Indian cooking for both color and taste.

Red Chilli Powder: Red chilli powder adds heat and a vibrant red color to the Bhindi Do Pyaza. Adjust the amount based on your spice preference.

Coriander Powder: Coriander powder, made from ground coriander seeds, adds a mild, citrusy flavor to the dish. It complements the other spices and enhances the overall taste.

Garam Masala: Garam masala is a blend of ground spices commonly used in Indian cooking. It adds warmth and depth to the dish, elevating its flavor profile.

Vegetable Oil: Vegetable oil is used for cooking the Bhindi Do Pyaza. It helps prevent the ingredients from sticking to the pan and adds moisture to the dish.

Salt: Salt is a crucial ingredient that enhances the flavors of the other ingredients. It helps balance out the dish and bring all the flavors together.

Fresh Coriander Leaves: Fresh coriander leaves, also known as cilantro, add a fresh, herbaceous flavor to the dish. They are often used as a garnish to add a pop of color and freshness to the final presentation.
